Refund policy
At Art With Impact Gallery, we take great care in packaging and shipping artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Due to the unique nature of original artwork and limited-edition pieces, all sales are final.
Damaged Artwork
Refunds will only be issued for artwork that arrives damaged during shipping.
To request a refund for damaged artwork, customers must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
- Email clear photographs showing the damage to art@artwithimpactgallery.org.
- Include their order number and a brief description of the damage.
Upon review and verification of the damage, Art With Impact Gallery will determine whether a refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution will be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size expectations
- Color variations due to screen settings
- Artwork that has been altered, damaged, or mishandled after delivery
