Description:  Redtail Hawk on Fence Post

Oil Painting by Noel B Jordan

This piece perfectly captures Noel Jordans mastery of painting raptors.  The watchful attentive spirit of this retail hawk is perfectly portrayed in this piece likely from a field in Arizona.  The hawk’s intensity in the contemplation of the horizon captures the viewer.  The artists mastery of depicting her subjects in such detail, particularly the wild watchful spirit of this redtail hawk evokes emotions from her viewers a quality that all great artists strive to achieve.
