Noel loved to sit out on her ranch next to the Verde River in Arizona and observe the wildlife. She loved to capture the subtle colors and sense of being in the presence of beauty as with this pair of kestrels. Noel loved to sit out in the twilight of day to capture the golden light of a Southwestern afternoon or early evening in her wildlife portraits as is depicted in this beautiful piece.
